3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable.

- Payments can be made through the available payment methods at checkout (e.g., card payment, cash on delivery).
- In the event of a pricing error, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order and notify you.
4. Orders & Confirmations
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
- Acceptance of your order occurs only when the items are dispatched.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across selected areas within the UAE.
- Delivery charges, times, and availability may vary based on location.
- While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Someone must be available to receive the items upon delivery. Fresh items cannot be left unattended.
6. Quality Guarantee
- We ensure that all fresh items are carefully selected and packed.
- If you receive damaged or poor-quality items, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Fresh fruits and vegetables are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
- Refunds or replacements are offered only for items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect on delivery.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.
- Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide:
- Accurate delivery information
- A valid contact number
- Availability to receive the order at the scheduled time
Any failed delivery due to incorrect details may result in additional charges.
10. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activities
- Copy or reproduce website content without written permission
- Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the website’s operation

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
